A design with lots of options / En design med massa möjligheter

Den här designen från Stickbär som heter ”Herbst Penny Rugs” är egentligen en väggbonad som sys i 180x130 millimeters bågen. Liksom sin stora namne så dekoreras den med en härlig pumpa applikation samt en svart fågel. Dessutom ingår 2 olika sorters tredimensionella löv. Denna design ger nämligen utrymme för flera olika möjligheter så den är väldigt rolig att sy. Om man utesluter hängarna och de runda bågarna nertill så har man vips ett par jättesöta ”Mug Rugs” som går ganska fort att sy.

This design from Stickbär called "Herbst Penny Rugs" is actually a small wall hanging sewn in the 180x130 millimeters hoop. Like the larger wall hanging with the same name it is decorated with a nice pumpkin appliqué and a black bird. Also included are two kinds of three-dimensional leaves. This design gives you many possibilities so it is a very fun design to “work with”. If one excludes the hangers and the scallops at the bottom you will have a couple of really cute "Mug Rugs" which are quite fast to sew.

Sätter man på en hängare får man en liten grytlapp, ibland räcker det faktiskt med en liten grytlapp.

If you put on a hanger you will get a small pot holder, sometimes it is enough with a smaller pot holder.

Löven håller jag på sy flera av både från den stora ”Herbst Penny Rug” designen samt den mindre. Löven är väldigt dekorativa som de är – exempelvis kan man använda dem som bordsdekorationer. Men jag har planer på att göra något speciellt av dem också.

The leaves, which I intend to sew more of both from the large "Herbst Penny Rug" design and the smaller one are also very decorative as they are. You could use them as table decorations. However I have some plans to do something special with them as well.
